after i downloaded firefox, most of the links i clicked in my yahoo or msn messenger opened in firefox windows..like, whenever i clicked on "see new messages" in yahoo messenger, it opened in a firefox window..........now, i uninstalled firefox.....but everytime i click on "see new messages" or anything, it refuses to open in IE...i think its set only to open in firefox....bcuz of this, i have to open a new IE window and go to that link and then see my messages......i hope u understand..please help me!!....does anyone noe how i can change it back so that it opens in IE....thx!

go to start->set program access & defaults or

control panel->add/remove ->set program access & defaults

and change the required setting.
