when I open an IE window, the toolbar is hiding at the top and only pops down when I put the cursor up there. I'd like it to always be showing.....what command did I accidentally hit and how do I undo it? THANK YOU!!!

Sounds like you hit F11 which puts you in full screen mode. Just press F11 again to return to normal mode.
