i always heard people telling that muslims are descendants of Abraham thru Hagar. ie the descendants of Ishmael. is this true? any particular reasons? Muslims are not mentioned in the Bible. then how do they say that?

This is why this last Revelation which was sent 1423 years ago has remained unchanged, not even a word or a letter has been altered.
