You can enable Quick Tabs which shows you small windows of what is displayed in each tab you have open. Other than that I don't think there is a way.|||Switch between tabs.......CTRL+TAB or CTRL+SHIFT+TAB

Switch to a specific tab number .........CTRL+n (n can be 1-8)

Switch to the last tab.........CTRL+9|||Just HOLD <CTRL> pressed and click <TAB> to change the tabs.

There are better browsers that are also faster than IE. FireFox is sooo much better than IE - they had Tabs way before IE did. Sure they weren't the first, but it's the best web browser!

Hope this helps and good luck!|||In IE 7 you can alternate between tabs by using Ctrl + tab this will go to the next tab along to go to a specific tab say tab 4 use Ctrl + 4 if you use Ctrl + 9 it will go to the opened last tab in IE7 you can have a maximum of 8 tabs open in one instance of IE7|||1 mouse click is all it needs to switch to the tab you want, just leave your mouse pointer up in that general area then you hardly have to move it.
