I recently had to buy a new computer, and had to 'settle' for an MS Vista O.S. When I go to Yahoo mail I get a second, or accompanying, blank, IE window, that just keeps saying it's "connecting". I just X it out, but wonder why, and what if anything this means about Vista/Yahoo compatability. I already have found the toolbar and messenger for Yahoo are more trouble than they are worth in Vista, but don't want to have to switch my longstanding email to Gmail. Any encouragement and maybe answers for me? Thanks!

You are not the only one with that problem, I have 3 computers running vista that do the same thing when clicking Yahoo Mail.
